3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Service termination due to policy violation, abuse, or illegal activity.
Failure to provide required access or information needed to deliver the service.
Customer dissatisfaction after service activation or completion of work.
Downtime or technical issues arising from user-side configurations, software, or third-party scripts.
Renewals or upgrades (since resources are immediately reallocated).
4. Cancellations
4.1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel your service anytime by:
Submitting a cancellation request through your client portal at https://billing.simcoldigital.com, or
Contacting our support team at support@simcoldigital.com.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 days before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
4.2. Simcol Digital-Initiated Cancellation
We may suspend or cancel accounts for:
Non-payment beyond the due date.
Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Use of our services for malicious, illegal, or prohibited activities.
5. Domain Name Registrations
All domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers are final and non-refundable once the order has been processed.
This is due to the nature of domain registration systems governed by ICANN and domain registries.
6. Refund Procedure
If eligible for a refund:
Submit a written request to billing@simcoldigital.com within the refund window.
Include your account details, invoice number, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or account balance.
Partial-month refunds or prorated credits are not available for mid-cycle cancellations.
7. Service Suspension and Termination
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in temporary suspension.
Accounts not renewed within 7 days after suspension may be permanently terminated, and data may be deleted without notice.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, your Simcol Digital account will be suspended immediately.
To resolve the issue, please contact billing@simcoldigital.com before initiating a dispute — we’ll be happy to assist.
9. Changes to This Policy
Simcol Digital reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website at https://simcoldigital.com.
Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
